Rendered Powerful exists from a deeply held conviction: when people see Christ more clearly, they begin to see themselves differently.
They begin to understand who they are in Him.
They discover that discipleship is more than learning about Jesus—it is allowing His life to transform ours.
And they begin to recognize that they have been uniquely positioned to carry His presence, His love and His purpose into the world around them.
This is the heart of Rendered Powerful.
OUR STORY
Rendered Powerful grew from a desire to see people experience more than momentary encouragement or spiritual information. The desire was—and continues to be—to walk alongside people as they discover who they are in Christ, become increasingly Christlike, and engage fully in the life and purpose God has given them.
Over time, that calling has taken many forms: teaching, discipleship, pastoral ministry, counseling, coaching, mentoring, compassionate outreach and walking alongside individuals as they navigate seasons of growth, surrender, healing and calling.
Yet beneath each expression has remained the same question:
What happens when a person truly understands Christ in them?
We believe something begins to change.
Identity changes.
Perspective changes.
The way we see other people changes.
And eventually, the way we live changes.
We become less concerned with simply asking, “What am I supposed to do?” and begin asking deeper
questions:
What am I beholding?
Who am I becoming?
What is God asking me to yield?
Where is He sending me?
Rendered Powerful exists to walk alongside that journey.
Not to create dependence upon a ministry, but to help develop people who are increasingly dependent upon Christ—grounded in His Word, responsive to the Holy Spirit, connected to the Body of Christ, serving faithfully, and prepared to carry His life wherever He has placed them.
OUR MISSION
Helping people see themselves in Him—developing disciples who are becoming Christlike, discovering their God-given purpose, and living sent into their spheres of influence.
We accomplish this through discipleship, teaching, counseling, coaching, mentoring, compassionate outreach and opportunities to serve.
Our desire is not simply to help people know more.
We want to help people become.
OUR VISION
We envision believers awakened to their identity in Christ, strengthened in their faith, connected to the Body of Christ, serving within their local church and communities, and equipped to carry the presence and love of Jesus into the places God has uniquely positioned them.
We see disciples who become disciple-makers.
People who recognize that ministry does not begin when someone gives them a title or a platform.
It begins when a yielded follower of Jesus recognizes:
Where God has placed me matters.
My family matters.
My workplace matters.
My neighborhood matters.
My church matters.
My community matters.
The people God places in front of me matter.
And I have been sent.
OUR MANDATE
Mobilize Mission America
What if the mission field is closer than we think?
Mobilize Mission America is the mandate that calls Rendered Powerful to move beyond developing disciples to mobilizing disciples.
Throughout America there are communities where people need the hope of Christ, practical compassion, genuine relationship and the presence of believers willing to go.
Some of those places are across the country.
Others are across town.
And some are simply across the street.
We believe mission belongs to the entire Body of Christ.
Not everyone will be called to another nation, but every follower of Jesus can learn to recognize the mission field God has placed around them.
Through Mobilize Mission America, Rendered Powerful seeks to walk alongside believers, churches and
communities—helping people become equipped, engaged and mobilized to serve where God is sending them.
We do not seek to replace the local church.
We desire to strengthen people who will serve within it and go beyond its walls.
Because we believe:
The Church is gathered.
The Church is equipped.
And the Church is sent.
WHAT SHAPES US
Our ministry flows from several foundational convictions.
Christ in us.
Our hope, identity and ability to live transformed lives begin with Christ—not human striving.

Identity in Christ.
Understanding who we are in Christ changes how we live, how we relate to others and how we understand our purpose.
Becoming Christlike.
Discipleship is not simply accumulating biblical information. It is an ongoing life of yielding to the Holy Spirit and allowing Him to transform us into the likeness of Christ.
The Word and the Holy Spirit.
We value lives grounded in Scripture and responsive to the leading and work of the Holy Spirit.
The local church.
We believe believers are called to participate in the Body of Christ—not simply attend it. We encourage people to become engaged, serving members of their local houses of worship.
Every believer has purpose.
Calling is not limited to pastors, missionaries or those with ministry titles. God places His people in families, professions, neighborhoods, churches and communities where their lives can carry His influence.
Compassion moves toward people.
Jesus saw people. He valued them. He moved toward need. We believe practical compassion is not separate from discipleship; it is one of its expressions.
We are sent.
What God develops within us is intended to flow through us.
BEHOLD. BECOME. BE SENT.
These three words describe the discipleship journey that shapes Rendered Powerful.
BEHOLD.
We begin with Jesus.
We turn our attention toward Him—His character, His Word, His presence and His ways.
Because what we continually behold influences who we become.
BECOME.
As we behold Christ and yield ourselves to Him, the Holy Spirit works within us.
Our minds are renewed.
Our identity becomes rooted in Him.
Our motives are refined.
Our character is developed.
We become increasingly Christlike.
BE SENT.
Transformation has a destination.
We are not developed merely for ourselves.
We are sent back into our families, churches, workplaces and communities carrying the love, truth, compassion and presence of Christ.
Behold. Become. Be Sent. is more than a ministry phrase.
It describes the journey we desire to walk—and help others walk.
MEET PASTOR HARRIETTA
Pastor Harrietta is an ordained pastor, certified life coach and spiritual counselor with a passion to see people free, grounded in their identity in Christ and fully engaged in the life and purpose God has given them.
Her ministry has been shaped by years of walking alongside people through teaching, pastoral care,
counseling, coaching, mentoring, discipleship and compassionate outreach.
At the heart of her work is a desire to see beyond where someone is today and recognize what God has placed within them.
Whether sitting across from one person, teaching a group, serving a community or walking alongside another ministry, her desire remains the same: to help people see themselves in Him, become increasingly Christlike, and move confidently into the places God is calling them to serve.
That heart continues to shape the ministries of Rendered Powerful—from discipleship and equipping through IGNITE, to deeper exploration of calling and purpose through Check Your Why, to practical expressions of Christ’s compassion through community outreach and Faces of Hattie.
A LIFE RENDERED TO HIM
The name Rendered Powerful reflects something we believe deeply.
Our greatest strength is not found in striving to become powerful.
It is discovered in surrender.
A life rendered—yielded—to Christ becomes available for His purposes.
As we behold Him, we are changed.
As we yield, we become.
As we become, we are sent.
And as we go, the Christ who lives within us becomes visible through the way we love, serve, lead, give and live.
That is a life Rendered Powerful.
